Delivery

 

Every piece of furniture sold by The Paint Pot is finished with great care. We would welcome you to our shop to collect your item personally or can arrange a courier to deliver it to you. We offer standard shipping our larger items with our smaller items being dispatched by Royal Mail.

 

Standard Furniture Delivery Service

Standard delivery covers a ground floor first room delivery of your items. You will receive a pre-booked delivery day with an am or pm delivery slot. Due to the way standard deliveries are scheduled our drivers will not be able to unpack any items, move any pieces upstairs or assemble items that require assembly. Please call us for a quote regarding a delivery charge.

 

UK & Scottish Islands

For customers in UK or Scottish islands, including Isle of Wight, please contact us for a delivery price.

 

Returns

 

We at Paint Pot Home and Garden strive to meet and exceed expectation. However if for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase please do not hesitate to contact us and return your items within 14 days.

If your item has arrived and is damaged, we ask that you email a photograph over to us so that we can see the damage and enquire with our courier as to how this damage occurred. You will of course receive a full refund as per our terms. In cases of items arriving damages will will also refund your postage costs.

Please ensure the item is packaged adequately to ensure the goods are not damaged further in transit otherwise we may not be able to offer a refund. We strongly recommend that you use an insured, registered delivery service and keep the receipt as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Eligible refunds will be processed within 48 hours of us receiving the returned goods.
