This is a small but beautiful decorative dove, handmade in he UK from metal with a grey overlaid with white patina, giving the look of age. The stand is spherical with the dove in relief. 
It would look wonderful as a table or fire place mantle decoration surrounded by holly & ivy. Placing it in the garden is also an option as it would weather beautifully and has enough base weight to make it secure.
